Attending tech conferences and webinars also helps me gain valuable insights from industry experts. Additionally, I engage in online tech communities and forums to learn from others' experiences and insights. Finally, I take up online courses to familiarize myself with new tools and technologies.

It's becoming clear that banking is indeed shifting towards technology. Traditional in-person transactions are being replaced by online banking, mobile apps, and even AI technology.
